Customer Support Specialist

Rdcom, a leading international player in business messaging solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across all our products, working closely with our product teams to enhance their skills through continuous training.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound customer care activities through a ticketing system, directing requests to the competent office and resolving critical first-level issues.
- Provide guidance information on company products and monitor services.
- Collaborate with our product teams to develop and implement effective support strategies.
- High school diploma or degree.
- Previous work experience in Customer Service, preferably in IT/digital, with a strong understanding of ticketing systems, SLAs, and assurance levels.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Good knowledge of the Office package.
- A period of formation and on-the-job training to ensure your success in the role.
