Job Description

Tempus Spa is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and requests through various channels, including email, phone, and other communication methods.
  • Provide assistance with orders, deliveries, returns, and other customer-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and production, to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure that all customer issues are resolved promptly and in accordance with company policies.
  • Receive and manage customer orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about products and order updates.
  • Resolve any issues related to returns, refunds, and replacements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and order management systems.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Good level of English language proficiency.
Work Environment

Location: Colognola ai Colli (VR)

Full-time position, Monday to Friday
