Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at TrueBlue. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on the correct use and configuration of our applications
  • Manage customer and company communication related to the Customer Support Service
  • Monitor and check the provided support levels
  • Edit and update internal and external documentation
  • Analyze and manage perfective changes requested by clients after release
  • Deliver training to customers on TrueBlue's systems
Requirements
  • Experience in customer management in the consulting and post-sales field
  • Experience in team work and autonomy in organizing work according to priorities
  • Ability to analyze and understand requests and assigned activities
  • Excellent communication, management, and information sharing skills
  • Proficiency in using computer tools, such as PC/iPad/tablet, Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of English at C1 level
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of a further foreign language among German, French, and Spanish
  • Knowledge and use of web conferencing tools
