Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to and understand customers' design needs and project requirements
  • Provide expert advice on interior and exterior design solutions, including natural light and air quality
  • Guide customers through the design process, offering personalized recommendations and solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Experience in home improvement or design consulting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in Italian and English
