**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Product Omnichannel Strategist to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our product strategies across multiple channels.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Strategic Planning**: Define and drive the local range planning strategy for new channels (e.g., Retail), ensuring alignment with the global strategy in collaboration with the Central team.
  • **Omnichannel Project Management**: Lead marketing-related omnichannel projects, including planogram development, material creation, sampling strategies, promotional planning, and sales monitoring.
  • **Market Insights**: Proactively gather and interpret local market insights to inform and influence the central team.
  • **Product Strategy Execution**: Ensure the flawless execution of central product strategies and new launches across our main channels.
  • **Initiative Management**: Oversee additional product initiatives (e.g., sampling) to drive cost-effective growth and enhance our market presence.

**Requirements**

  • **Category Management Expertise**: Extensive experience in category management within the beauty sector is required.
  • **Retail Marketing**: Proven experience in marketing to retailers, with a strong track record of managing external agencies and complex projects.
  • **Quick Learner**: Ability to swiftly grasp new topics and independently drive agile initiatives to completion.
  • **Marketing Generalist**: Strong, well-rounded marketing skills with a keen analytical ability to understand performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
  • **Creative Brand Savvy**: An excellent creative eye paired with a deep understanding of brand positioning.
  • **Proactive Organized**: Exceptional project management skills, with a proactive approach to driving results.
