About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team in Tognana, Italy. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, supporting business growth, and gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Lifecycle Management: Develop and execute product lifecycle management plans, including product introduction, line extension, engineered to order, and end of production.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  3. Customer Insights and Feedback: Collect voice of customers and product business cases and share with global product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  4. Supply Chain Optimization: Address actions to reduce finished goods inventory and support business decisions in case of major supply chain issues.
  5. Operational Excellence: Work alongside Operations and Material planning to ensure competitive lead time, inventory optimization, and meet revenue targets.
  6. Product Line Profitability: Manage list pricing and multipliers in EMEA, product line profitability, volume forecasts, and price gain.
  7. Customer-Facing Documentation: Ensure all customer-facing offering documentation and marketing collateral is available and accurate and specific for the region, country, and market segment.
  8. Sales Enablement: Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, competitive comparisons, and other sales enablement tools and collateral.
  9. Customer Engagement: Attend tradeshows, visit customers, meet with sales teams, distributors, and partners to ensure an accurate voice of customer is heard in all product plans.
  10. Post-Launch Performance Metrics: Develop and track metrics to measure post-launch sales performance of new offerings, including pipeline and quotation.
  11. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop marketing programs.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree in Mechanical/Energy engineering preferred.
  2. Experience: 7+ years technical, product/service, strategic planning, marketing, or directly related experience.
  3. Technical Expertise: Experience with HVAC and Data center applications is preferred.
  4. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to quickly develop cross-functional relationships to achieve business objectives.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communications skills - written and verbal.
  6. Customer Focus: High focus on customer needs and ability to combine long-term and short-term goals by setting priorities.
  7. Leadership: Ability to interact with all levels within the organization from entry level to executive and act as a leader in their role.
  8. Language Skills: Fluent English written and verbal required.
  9. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and other business applications.
