Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Area Manager to join our team in Northern Italy. As a Sales Area Manager, you will be responsible for executing sales plans for revenue and profit growth, company programs, and services in your assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a consultative sales approach with an emphasis on strong account leadership skills and selling competitive business.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing customers by understanding their key business drivers, needs, and problems.
  • Implement the group's strategy in the core market to deliver profitable business in line with the Group's objectives.
  • Work closely with current customers in your defined territory to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts and generate and execute sales plans to meet defined territory profit increase goals.
  • Meet sales target budget and identify new potential customers.
  • Follow up on existing quotations and execute marketing surveys on competitors acting in the same area and customers.
  • Issue sales proposals to key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial).
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Domiciled in Milano or surroundings.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of process filtration and filtration technologies.
  • Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
  • Strong technical communication skills – both written and oral.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Word Excel.
