Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Sales Team in Lombardia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of assigned area customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Utilize your knowledge of the Lombardia region to identify and develop local business relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Assist in leading day-to-day sales activities, focusing on building long-term and value-based customer relationships.
  • Support the Event Departments in identifying and securing sales opportunities.
  • Ensure proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Head Office sales team and other hotels' sales teams to drive sales growth and revenue.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in sales or business development, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Lombardia region and its business landscape.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages a plus.
