Job Title: Sales Area Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Area Manager to join our team at Jefferson Wells. As a Sales Area Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
  • Identify and acquire new customers in the building automation sector.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer needs.
  • Monitor the market and competition, identifying trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the building automation or similar technology sector.
  • Strong results-oriented mindset, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently within the area of responsibility.

We offer a direct entry into the company with an indefinite contract. Full-time work schedule. Hybrid work location.
