Area Sales Manager Surface Mount Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate records to inform future sales strategies.
- Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote our products and services.
- Work closely with other Area Sales Managers to share best practices and achieve common objectives.
- University degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, economics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, electronics, or similar.
- Professional experience as a Sales Representative, Technical Sales, or service technician, mechatronics engineer, etc.
- Excellent Italian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time.
- Permanent employment.
- Full-time position.
