Drive sales and promote the brand to achieve significant sales targets for Salomon. Ensure an exceptional consumer experience at assigned accounts and OMNI channel touch points.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a seasonal 'game plan' to drive Salomon brand guidelines, strategies, and priorities.
  2. Build, present, and coordinate seasonal Joint Business/Marketing plans with assigned Premium Partners that deliver on strategic objectives of Salomon and maximize consumer preference and brand experience.
  3. Meet seasonal key product category objectives in sales and distribution.
  4. Identify territory sales, distribution, and promotion opportunities.
  5. Take care of all customer-related topics - sales and accounting aspects.
Sell Thru & Consumer Experience

Ensure a high level of product expertise and brand knowledge (Shop Pro Training) for store employees in Premium Partner and selected category specialty doors for a best-in-class consumer experience.

Increase and maximize Salomon in-store brand visibility and image through defined product assortments and seasonal key story packages.

Relationship Development

Develop and maintain great working relationships with key personnel in each account.

Develop and maintain close cooperation with Salomon ASM community.

Develop and maintain relationships with local sports environment/community (clubs, resorts, events).

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and review customer performance reports on a seasonal basis.

Analyze and report competitor distribution, in-store presence, and offer information to Market Manager on an ongoing basis.

Complete all reports and records required and submit on a timely basis.

Share best practices across sales and marketing teams.

At least 2 to 5 years of experience in sales with a strong Sporting Goods expertise.

Any other experience in the Sports and Outdoor Industry will be welcomed.

Desired Qualifications

High school level education minimum/Degree level ideally.

Fluent English.

Microsoft Office - strong Excel skills, Sales Tools (sales portal, B2B, SFA).
