About the location:
Our hotel in Milan is a 15th-century convent turned sophisticated garden retreat. It's a haven in the heart of the Fashion District, offering a unique blend of elegance and style.
About the role:
The Chef De Partie is responsible for overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders, ensuring consistent quality and excellence. This role requires a special talent and passion for culinary excellence, as well as the ability to lead and mentor a team.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure guests receive the highest level of service excellence
- Follow production, portion, and presentation standards
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Assist in setting up plans and actions to control food waste
- Develop and mentor the team
Requirements:
- Culinary and supervisory experience within a luxury hotel
- A creative flair and ability to bring personal touch and energy to all food and beverage experiences
- Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to others

Schedule & Hours:
This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and offers a fixed-term contract. The role includes night shifts within the weekly schedule, and the candidate will cover the night chef's day off and holidays.
You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
