Il Commercial Partnership Manager ricopre un ruolo chiave nell'instaurare con successo partnership commerciali fornendo un contributo al supporto, valutazione, negoziazione e sviluppo delle partnership per garantire coerenza con gli obiettivi strategici e i target aziendali.

Responsabilità principali
  • Gestione, monitoraggio ed evoluzione delle Partnership con importanti player sia locali sia internazionali;
  • Supporto E2E durante le negoziazioni includendo analisi dei competitor, impatti sul business di Sky a 360°;
  • Collaborazione con i team locali di Sky Italia e Sky Group per garantire un'efficace implementazione ed esecuzione delle Partnership;
  • Supporto e sviluppo di analisi ad hoc per individuare nuove opportunità legate alle partnership esistenti e/o ottimizzazione delle stesse;
  • Creazione di documenti chiari e semplici, adattando stile e comunicazione in base all'interlocutore, obiettivo e al formato.
Requisiti
  • Laurea in Ingegneria o Economia Gestionale (o titolo equivalente);
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese, precedente esperienza internazionale considerata un plus;
  • Precedente esperienza in ruoli di pianificazione strategica, business development, governance o project management, con attitudine alla negoziazione;
  • Strategic thinker, unito alla capacità di pianificare e deliverare in modo indipendente, con solide capacità analitiche, nonché una propensità alla gestione e coordinamento di progetti e persone;
  • Buono standing professionale, capacità di presentare agli stakeholders e influenzare i processi decisionali, per garantire l'avanzamento delle progettualità;
  • Mindset imprenditoriale e orientato ai risultati, ma con grande approccio collaborativo.
