Job Description

JANUS et Cie, a leading design-focused company in the furniture industry, is seeking a highly skilled Residential Sales Specialist to join its Milano Showroom team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service existing trade clients, including interior design firms, architects, purchasing agents, and dealers.
  • Develop new sales leads through targeted phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Outreach to interior designers and trade professionals to make product presentations and develop new business opportunities.
  • Assist clients throughout the sales process, from product selection to design advice, quotes preparation, and sales close.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the luxury furniture or similar industry.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment and ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, with high-level proficiency in Office, Adobe, and Autocad.
  • 50% time spent outside the showroom visiting existing and prospect clients.
  • Italian mother tongue, English fluent, with additional language skills relevant to the region a plus.
