Job Title: Senior Sales AccountJob Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Account professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key personnel, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new enterprise customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Engage with prospects to position our solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, and references.
  • Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with external communication, target markets, go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and key benefits.
  • Lead account planning processes to develop account strategies and critical milestones for a 1-3 year period.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to meet customer account performance objectives and expectations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business environments, proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Self-structure with mid-level objectives for pipeline construction.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs and generate strong pipelines.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in the same role (references required).
  • Strong sales experience in the SaaS/tech industry, managing and closing complex sales cycles.
  • Proven hunter mentality to effectively seek out and secure new business opportunities.
  • Professional written and spoken Italian and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (desirable but not required).
  • Demonstrated track record in sales B2B solutions.
  • Strong track record leveraging technology vendors to deliver projects.
  • Drives excellence by approaching problems systematically, developing solutions with sustainable and scalable results.
  • Demonstrated ability to strike a balance between being a sales hunter and a farmer.
  • Proactive and collaborative team player with the ability to align business needs to our solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, oral, written, and able to effectively communicate with people across the organization, including senior executives and at the board level.
  • Excellent team working, collaboration, and networking skills.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Agile and startup approach (get things done).
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • An eye for details and the ability to work accurately.
  • Motivation, commitment, and passion for startup agile environments.
  • Solid understanding of modern tech and CRM tools (e.g., Slack, Google Suite, Hubspot, etc.).
