About the Role
The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our top restaurant partners in Italy. This role requires a deep understanding of the restaurant industry and the ability to provide strategic guidance and support to help our partners grow and succeed in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners
- Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support
- Analyze data to drive growth and profitability for both partners and Deliveroo
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet partners' needs
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in account management and/or consulting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions
- Must be fluent in Italian and English
- Master's Degree in Economy
