As a Client Relationship Manager for Italy, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our client relationships while strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote our new international initiatives;
  • Enhance and solidify our footprint in the designated region;
  • Foster and develop relationships with existing partners to boost their performance;
  • Maximize and cultivate API partnerships with both potential and current partners;
  • Conduct follow-ups with partners to provide system training;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the region;
  • Deliver product presentations and engage in networking;
  • Position the brand effectively within the travel industry;
  • Oversee payment processes;
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis;
  • Provide detailed reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Ideally, 2-5 years in the travel sector with a strong understanding of the local travel market; expertise in account management or business development within B2B travel.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, ambitious, motivated, results-oriented, with a keen interest in innovative technology and adaptability to a fast-paced business environment; a team player.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data-driven decision-making, metrics-oriented, and numerically adept.
  • Global Perspective: Ability to navigate and work effectively across diverse cultural contexts reflecting ETG's international presence.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Willingness to Travel: 40-50% of working time may involve market visits.
