Client Relationship Manager for Italy

As a Client Relationship Manager for Italy, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our partnerships while strengthening our footprint in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote our latest international initiatives;
- Enhance and solidify our market presence in the designated region;
- Foster and develop relationships with existing partners to boost their performance;
- Maximize and expand API collaborations with both potential and current partners;
- Conduct follow-ups with partners to provide system training;
- Work alongside the sales team to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the region;
- Deliver product presentations and engage in networking activities;
- Position our brand effectively within the travel industry;
- Oversee payment processes;
- Conduct market and competitive analysis;
- Prepare detailed reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Ideally, 2-5 years in the travel sector with a strong understanding of the local travel market; expertise in account management or business development for B2B travel firms;
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, ambitious, motivated, results-oriented, and a team player with a passion for innovative technology and adaptability to a dynamic business environment;
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data-driven decision-making, metrics-oriented, and comfortable with numerical analysis;
- Global Perspective: Ability to navigate and collaborate across diverse cultural contexts, reflecting ETG's international presence;
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous;
- Willingness to Travel: 40-50% of work time may involve market visits.
