Regional Sales Leader for Italy

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager for Italy to enhance our international B2B brand, RateHawk, and contribute to the advancement of the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote our global initiative within the designated region;
  • Design and execute sales strategies to meet targets and foster growth in the assigned area;
  • The primary focus will be on the Triveneto region, with a base in Verona, Padua, or Venice;
  • Recruit new partners and provide comprehensive training on our platform;
  • Initiate API agreements with potential and existing partners;
  • Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with new partners;
  • Oversee the preparation, execution, and management of commercial agreements with partners, including necessary documentation and technical setup;
  • Manage client accounts until the initial purchase is completed;
  • Ensure compliance with commercial terms by partners, including payment processes;
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis;
  • Deliver detailed reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Ideally, 2-5 years in the travel sector with a strong understanding of the local travel market; expertise in sales management or business development within B2B travel firms;
  • Proficiency in API technology agreements;
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, ambitious, motivated, results-oriented, and a team player with a passion for innovative technology and adaptability to a dynamic business landscape;
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and proficient with metrics;
  • Global Perspective: Ability to navigate and collaborate across diverse cultural contexts reflecting ETG's international footprint;
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous;
  • Willingness to Travel: 20-30% of working time may involve market visits.
