We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in Italy to join our international B2B brand RateHawk, drive business growth, and expand our presence in the Italian market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Actively promote our international project in assigned territory;
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, grow the business, and expand our presence in the territory;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations;
  • Provide market and competitive environment analysis to inform business decisions;
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives;
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of partners, including first-level support and issue resolution;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business strategies;
  • Prepare and present business reports to stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of the Italian market and travel industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluent in Italian and English;
  • Ability to travel up to 40-50% of working time for market visits and business development activities;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
