Client Relationship Manager for Italy

As a Client Relationship Manager for Italy, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our partnerships while enhancing our footprint in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote our latest international initiatives;
- Strengthen and expand our market presence in the designated region;
- Foster and enhance relationships with existing partners to boost their performance;
- Maximize API partnerships with both potential and current collaborators;
- Conduct follow-ups with partners to provide necessary system training;
- Work closely with the sales team to uncover and develop new opportunities;
- Deliver product presentations and engage in networking activities;
- Position our brand effectively within the travel industry;
- Oversee payment processes;
- Conduct market analysis and competitive landscape assessments;
- Generate detailed reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years in the travel sector with a strong grasp of the Italian travel market, particularly in account management or B2B business development;
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, ambitious, motivated, results-oriented, and a team player with a passion for innovative technology in a dynamic business environment;
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data-driven decision-making and comfortable working with metrics;
- Global Perspective: Ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts, reflecting our global operations;
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous;
- Willingness to Travel: Availability for market visits, approximately 40-50% of the time.
