Aftersales Service Manager for Industrial Vehicles

Job Description
At Baumann, we are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Service Manager to lead our industrial vehicle service team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Service and Spare Parts Department to deliver outstanding customer service and support.
- Guarantee timely and accurate delivery of spare parts to meet customer needs.
- Manage customer complaints and concerns, including warranty issues, job scheduling, and job progress.
- Maintain industry-leading levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Document, submit, and resolve claims with dealers to ensure fair value for customers and the company.
- Prepare customer repair estimates and quotes in a timely and accurate manner, with follow-up as needed.
- Resolve customer disputes to ensure fair value for both parties.
Requirements
- Experience in heavy equipment, mining, or electrical/mechanical engineering.
- Technical understanding of equipment operation and repair of heavy machinery.
- Knowledge of customers and distributors.
- Full proficiency in English and Italian languages.
