Core Responsibilities
- Sales Achievement - Drive Kellanova's brand success by meeting sales objectives in designated retail locations, which includes tasks such as shelf organization, monitoring stock levels, and managing shelf presence.
- Effective Coverage Management - Ensure thorough market coverage through structured daily and weekly visitation plans.
- AMPPS Strategy Implementation - Execute the AMPPS framework by guaranteeing the presence and distribution of Kellanova's brands; optimize product placement and visibility in retail spaces; enhance promotional metrics using point-of-purchase materials.
- Data Insights and Reporting - Regularly analyze sales data and share insights with management; identify actionable strategies based on findings; continuously track market, category, and brand trends.
- Collaboration and Coordination - Work closely with other sales roles and Field Sales Representatives; provide timely information, recommendations, and constructive feedback.
- Professional Growth and Brand Representation - Engage in special projects as assigned by management; promote Kellanova's brand image through effective in-store collaborations; utilize internal platforms for sharing insights and activities.
Qualifications We Seek
- A university degree is required, preferably in economics or a related field.
- A valid driving license is essential.
- Understanding of trade dynamics, category management, brand strategies, and consumer behavior.
- Previous experience in sales within the FMCG sector is preferred.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are necessary.
