Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of Area Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Lead operational teams on a shift, address issues, and positively impact site performance.
- Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security.
- Design and deliver initiatives across sites to enhance operational performance.
You will lead shifts at one of our operational sites, serving as the key link between various teams, including finance, safety, and operations integration teams. Your day will involve meetings with different areas of the business, deep dives into performance and risk metrics, and preparation for varying levels of demand.
As a mentor and coach, you will support your team in achieving their full potential, providing leadership and guidance to help them become the best managers they can be.

We are a dynamic team based in Fulfilment Centres, which are the heart of Amazon's fast-paced Operations network. Our centres are responsible for managing dynamic inventory and facilitating speedy deliveries around the clock.

Requirements- A degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant experience in successful people and stakeholder management.
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and intermediate proficiency in the local language.

- Relevant experience in key areas of environments like production and supply chain or similar.
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques.

- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
