About the Role:

Euronet – Eft Segment is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding of new merchants, interacting with various departments, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding process for new merchants, collaborating with Operations, Credit and Risk, and Compliance teams.
  • Manage document collection for the KYC/KYB process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Provide top-notch customer support to merchants, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Assist the sales team with contract preparation and other site-related queries and paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with international offices, partners, and assistants, as well as third parties and co-divisions.
  • Process data, generate reports, and handle invoicing tasks.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in administrative or back-office support roles, preferably in financial services and/or banking.
  • Sales, commercial, administrative, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and aptitude to learn new systems.
  • Good understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to take initiative and make decisions when needed.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills to effectively interact with colleagues.
  • Reliability and attention to detail.
