Senior Consultant for Certification Training Programs

RINA is currently seeking a Senior Consultant for Certification Training Programs to enhance its operations within the Value Chain, Quality, and Sustainability Product Management Division.
Role Overview
The Senior Consultant will play a pivotal role in developing comprehensive training strategies, crafting tailored training initiatives (both public and private), and ensuring effective execution through diverse instructional techniques.

Key Responsibilities
'1. Development of Training Programs:
- Create and implement certification training initiatives, utilizing various approaches such as online learning, simulated environments, mentorship, on-the-job training, and professional development workshops.
- Select suitable training methodologies based on specific scenarios and organizational requirements.
2. Assessment of Training Needs:
- Perform organization-wide evaluations to identify skill or knowledge deficiencies.
- Formulate strategies to address identified gaps through focused training programs.
3. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Identify potential clients through networking, outreach, marketing, and other strategies.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Establish training objectives and provide continuous support to enhance client relations.
4. Training Development Contributions:
- Assist in the advancement of Certification Training Services, concentrating on the broader market and innovative offerings.
5. Market Research and Insights:
- Gather intelligence on clients, competitors, opportunities, tenders, etc., to implement specific services that align with customer expectations and market trends in collaboration with the Marketing Function.
- Recognize trends and contribute to strategic planning in partnership with the Marketing Function.
6. Management of Customer Relationships:
- Oversee client relationships and lead generation, aligning services with strategic goals.
- Introduce new solutions and services to existing clients to promote growth and retention.
7. Coordination and Administrative Duties:
- Collaborate with technical teams and other internal/external stakeholders to fulfill customer and specific training requirements.
- Manage scheduling, organization, qualification of trainers, preparation of training materials, and handle administrative tasks.
- Collect feedback from trainers and participants after each training session.
8. Maintenance of Databases and Facilities:
- Keep an updated curriculum database and training records.
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
- Oversee and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
9. Commitment to Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on new training methodologies and suggest enhancements to improve training effectiveness.
Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Educational Sciences.
Qualifications
Proficient in Italian and English. Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering certification training programs. Awareness of market trends and industry best practices. Advanced skills in MS Office.Competencies
