Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our international team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications and multimedia equipment in hotels and other hospitality establishments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and install telecommunications and multimedia equipment, including routers, switches, access points, TVs, STBs, cameras, and appliances.
  • Coordinate with other company product units to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Execute surveys to structured networks and WiFi in coordination with field technicians.
  • Prepare technical task reports and maintenance worksheets.
  • Coordinate field technician tasks and support planned interventions.
  • Produce technical reports and execute project handovers to customer support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical training in networking or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Fluent in Italian.
  • Knowledge of English.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Information Technologies applied in hotel projects.
  • CCNA or other switching/routing courses.
  • Ability to work in WAN/LAN environments.
