Job Summary:

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Program Validation Manager to lead the validation and verification efforts for our mobility solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement validation procedures and criteria to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure seamless integration of validation and verification processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to perform validation and verification activities, including testing and quality assurance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and standards to improve validation and verification efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in validation and verification, with a focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including CENELEC EN50128, EN50129, and EN50159.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, including C, C#, and Python.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Experience with electronic laboratory equipment and testing activities.
  • Knowledge of Change Request Management and Requirements Engineering.
  • Ability to handle documentation and authorship according to Alstom's documentation management process.
