Program V&V Manager

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Program V&V Manager to lead the validation and verification efforts for our mobility solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop validation environments and tools, including test benches and recording tools.
  • Establish and maintain validation procedures and criteria.
  • Ensure requirements traceability according to our product Requirements Management Plan.
  • Perform validation, including running validation procedures and producing validation results reports.
  • Put validation work products under configuration management according to our product Configuration Management Plan.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Engineering (Electric, Electronic, Computer Science, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in integration and validation.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles in safety-critical or mission-critical environments (railway, avionics, military, or equivalent).
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (knowledge of French language is a plus).
  • Leadership, team-working, and coordination skills.
  • Good level of independency.
  • Good focus on respect delivery dates.
Preferred Competencies:
  • Good knowledge and use of electronic laboratory equipment for testing activities.
  • Good knowledge of C, C#, and Python programming languages.
  • Good knowledge of regulations CENELEC EN50128, EN50129, EN50159.
  • Good knowledge of protocols FSFB2, NVFB2/3, IMP, SNMP, TFTP.
  • Good knowledge of the workflow of the Change Request Management (workflow of Change Requests and ClearQuest tool).
  • Good knowledge of Requirements Engineering and Traceability.
  • Ability to handle documents involved in activities according to ALSTOM documentation management process.
