Position Overview

Our Objective

We are seeking an Industrial Finance Manager to enhance our Finance division based in Milan. This pivotal role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will be instrumental in refining our production operations, driving cost-effectiveness, and upholding superior quality standards throughout our manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial operations for two manufacturing locations (Milan, Valenza)
  • Analyze and control monthly production expenditures (labor, activity rates, overhead costs)
  • Develop and manage the annual budget
  • Evaluate and improve product costing by offering financial insights to sourcing, planning, and production teams
  • Assess margins against established targets
  • Supervise inventory levels
  • Establish the industrial control framework
  • Conduct specialized analyses to aid management in manufacturing and sourcing strategies
  • Lead a team consisting of one financial controller

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a finance department, specifically in an industrial controlling capacity within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Information Systems; familiarity with Stealth is advantageous
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Capable of working autonomously
  • Proficient in English
