Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Management Consulting team at IQVIA. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of multiple consulting projects for our clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects, interacting with different internal teams and coordinating project organization.
- Take responsibility for creating reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
- Conduct desk research to a specific brief using internal and external sources.
- Perform quantitative analyses to aid development of recommendations.
- Contribute to the preparation, execution, and follow-up of client workshops.
- Work independently and as part of a team, with responsibility for supervising junior team members and providing them with direction and guidance.
- Support proposal development activities, providing support to Principals in proposal design and finding sources.
- Actively participate in client meetings.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- MSc degree in Economics/Management or Engineering with a strong record of academic achievement.
- 5+ years of consulting experience with a primary management consulting firm.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, with strong presentation skills and ability to create and manipulate data via Excel.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and excellent Project Management abilities.
- Excellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Ability to work on a team.
- Keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve.
