The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Operations Intern. As an Intern, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling front-office and back-office activities, and supporting our team in maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Front-Office Activities: Handle customer inquiries, process payments, and provide information on campervan functionalities and terms and conditions.
  • Back-Office Activities: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campervans and road trip extras, and maintain the fleet in top condition.
  • Support Activities: Assist the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Requirements
  • You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are fluent in English and have a valid driver's license.
  • You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
  • You are comfortable working in an international environment and are eager to learn and grow with our company.
