La risorsa sarà inserita nell'unità di Legal Affairs - Group General Counsel, che si occupa della consulenza legale in materia di prodotti commerciali.

La risorsa si occuperà in particolare di:

  • fornire consulenza legale (principalmente mediante pareri scritti e partecipazione a tavoli di lavoro) alle strutture di business e di controllo della Banca relativamente alla digitalizzazione di prodotti bancari, finanziari e assicurativi, supportando lo sviluppo di progetti e prodotti innovativi;
  • collaborare alla redazione di documenti contrattuali dei suddetti prodotti e alla predisposizione dei relativi processi commerciali e operativi, nonché partecipare ai processi di Product Oversight Governance;
  • in relazione alle suddette materie, seguire l'evoluzione della normativa (primaria e secondaria, domestica ed europea) e della giurisprudenza, assicurando la corretta interpretazione della normativa e curando l'allineamento delle altre strutture legali del Gruppo;
  • partecipare ai processi di consultazione delle nuove normative negli ambiti di pertinenza e in generale alle attività di advocacy.

La risorsa richiesta deve avere:

  • Laurea in giurisprudenza;
  • Esperienza di almeno 8 anni in ambito di prodotti bancari e finanziari, maturata in primario studio legale e/o in unità legale di primario intermediario bancario/finanziario;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e orale);
  • Titolo preferenziale: abilitazione per iscrizione Albo Avvocati;
  • Ottima padronanza pacchetto Office;

La risorsa richiesta deve avere:

  • Conoscenza specialistica della normativa bancaria e finanziaria (in particolare Testo Unico Bancario, PSD, Testo Unico della Finanza e relative norme di attuazione);
  • Conoscenza specialistica della normativa in ambito digitale (ad es. Codice dell'Amministrazione Digitale, regolamento UE EIDAS);
  • Capacità di negoziare in lingua inglese;
  • Predisposizione per il lavoro in squadra;
  • Attitudine a lavorare sotto pressione nel rispetto delle scadenze;
  • Capacità relazionali, comunicative e di sintesi;
  • Capacità decisionali, organizzative e di problem solving;
  • Predisposizione all'apprendimento e all'aggiornamento continuo;
  • Focus sugli obiettivi.
