Your Responsibilities
As a senior Project and Service Agreement Specialist, your role will encompass managing maintenance projects and contracts, along with all associated KPIs, aiming to restore the established corporate standards. Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring customer satisfaction; Managing penalties and claims; Securing contract amendments and overseeing their technical and administrative closure; Conducting and managing project risk assessments; Tracking project outcomes and compliance with budgets, initiating actions to mitigate non-compliance costs; Clarifying customer objectives and requirements based on bid documentation and orders; Coordinating comprehensive project planning and making decisions on resource allocation while monitoring progress; Organizing project meetings and maintaining communication with customers and stakeholders; Leading and motivating the project team by ensuring appropriate task assignments based on individual competencies and experience; Adhering to project management standards and ethical business conduct guidelines.Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Building Automation; Fundamental knowledge of key technical standards such as CEI, UNI, ISO, and EN; Background in Automation Systems with a focus on Building Automation, Fire Safety, Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion, along with familiarity with health and safety regulations; Experience in Pharma VM and GMP Standards is advantageous; Understanding of IT principles including networking, VPN, firewalls, IT security, virtualization, and remote access; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective negotiation and communication abilities; Willingness to travel for business purposes; A commitment to continuous personal and professional growth; Respect for individual uniqueness and a collaborative spirit; Proficiency in English and Italian; Eligibility to work in Italy.What We Provide
