About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Host to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinate the dining area and ensure that all guests are seated and served in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the dining area
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry
