Job Summary

Randstad Italia Spa is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide award-winning customer service by following our customer service strategy and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services, and be able to communicate this knowledge to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Sales: Actively engage with customers to identify sales opportunities and exceed sales targets.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the management team and other sales assistants to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines and being aware of security on the floor.
