Job Title: Customer Service Representative Francese

About the Job:

Adecco Italia S.P.A. is seeking a motivated and competent Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle, from initial contact to post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers in identifying new products that meet their specific needs.
  • Present the company and its products to customers.
  • Prepare and submit bids to customers using our CRM system.
  • Keep the CRM system up-to-date with customer activities.
  • Keep customers informed about order status and coordinate shipments.
  • Monitor customer payments and intervene in case of delays.
  • Collect and record customer complaints, proposing solutions.
  • Participate in trade shows and events in Italy and abroad.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in foreign languages, with a preference for fluent French and English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to use sales and billing management systems.
  • Technical knowledge of the product/service offered.
  • Knowledge of German will be considered a plus.

  • Ability to build relationships with a strong sense of sociability and extroversion.
  • Collaborative attitude with all company departments.

Languages: Italian, French, English, German
