Position Overview:

The Project Management Officer (PMO) at Capco Italy plays a crucial role in ensuring that our clients navigate their business challenges effectively. As part of our consulting team, you will be instrumental in driving project success and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and comprehend client requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough data collection, research, and process evaluations to deliver actionable insights.
  • Facilitate and document client meetings and workshops to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Develop high-quality presentations and reports that convey project outcomes and recommendations.
  • Engage in identifying and cultivating new market opportunities to enhance our business footprint and brand presence.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in economics or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in similar positions, ideally within a management or technology consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with various project management frameworks, including agile/scrum and waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient stakeholder management skills.
