Role Overview:

As a member of our consulting team, the Project Management Officer will:

  • Assess client business requirements to assist in overcoming obstacles.
  • Execute structured data collection, research, and analysis while reviewing processes to offer pertinent recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Organize, document, and actively participate in client meetings and workshops.
  • Develop high-quality presentations and reports to effectively convey project insights.
  • Engage in identifying new market opportunities that will enhance our business, strengthen the Capco brand, and broaden our global presence.

Required Skills and Experience

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in economics or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in comparable positions, ideally within a management or technology consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with various project management methodologies, including agile/scrum and waterfall.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
