Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Spare Parts Planner to join our team at De' Longhi Appliances S.r.l. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper planning of spare parts purchasing and inventory management to achieve an optimal service level.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Responsible for the MRP and, based on that, ensure the purchase planning of Service Products for De'Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, and Ariete brands, seeking to satisfy customer demand and thus ensure an optimal service level.
  2. Sales Forecasts: Check and define sales forecasts using the Spare Parts Planning (SPP) tool.
  3. Code Master Maintenance: Responsible for updating/maintaining the code master (ABC classification, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), Status, Lead Time, seasonal products, automatic jobs, etc.).
  4. Stock Obsolescence Monitoring: Monitor stock obsolescence and collaborate in defining the annual scrapping list.
  5. Shipping Instructions: Check the Shipping Instructions (S/I) for material arriving from China, highlighting any urgencies and managing them in collaboration with the relevant offices (Logistics, DL Technology).
  6. Exploded Base Lists: Verify the updating of the exploded base lists for each finished product and, based on finished product sales and the planning of expected sales, plan the quantity and type of spare parts to be purchased, consequently creating Purchase Requests.
  7. Product Replacement: Manage requests for replacement of products for which spare parts are not provided.
  8. Technical Information: Check the modification sheets and technical information of all products, communicated by the Technical Office, to be updated on any replacement codes or modifications made to finished products and to be able to schedule any arrivals on new codes.
  9. Order Monitoring: Monitor orders from foreign branches together with Sales Back-Office, and identify the various codes that can be shipped from foreign suppliers directly to customers in order to facilitate and speed up shipments.

Requirements

  1. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Management Engineering/Economics or other relevant fields.
  2. IT Skills: Knowledge of the main IT tools and SAP management software.
  3. Language Skills: Good knowledge of the English language.
