About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Pricing Strategist to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our global team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through effective market research, analysis, and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with our local and global division goals, taking into account market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to define customer value propositions and communicate them effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development of local pricing guidelines and ensure their effective implementation across the organization.
  • Drive business growth through established professional pricing infrastructure and provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation products, particularly drives, motors, and PLC products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic thinking approach.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
