About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the EMEA Education Campaign and Business Development Manager. This role will play a critical part in driving sales and financial growth in the Education segment across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Education deal pipeline with the Education Business Development Manager or Focal points, ensuring accurate visibility of backlog and new opportunities.
  • Influence tenders with the right solutions, focusing on value proposition, supply, and competitiveness.
  • Implement a process to align stakeholders on coming deals, providing a clear proposal to customers for large deals and participating in deals reviews.
  • Consolidate the pipeline to provide a proper input to the demand planning team, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Manage campaign planning, part of the SMB and EPS (Enterprise & Public Sector) campaign cadence, to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Support and challenge Markets to implement EDU Plan and monitor execution, ensuring alignment with sales targets and supply.
  • Ensure the right portfolio and pricing are offered at market level, covering all Education sub-segments to be competitive and achieve revenue and profit.
  • Structure order cadence to have stock for run rate and large deals, ensuring sell-in and sell-through planning.
  • Plan volume, revenue, profit, channel stock rotation, in conjunction with country 4P teams, to drive business growth.
  • Take inputs and leverage internal and external sources, including Data Market Intelligence, to inform business decisions.
  • Manage the relationship and inputs with Data Market Intelligence, especially IDC and Futuresource, to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ensure end-to-end planning (campaign, tenders, mid- and long-term forecast) supports sales targets and is supported by supply, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Implement regular interlocks with demand planning, Supply Chain, Services, Education leader, and BDM to ensure fluid and efficient communication flow and a process to review successes and opportunities.
  • Manage EDU Business data and EDU Customer database, maintaining and enhancing our analytics system (Power BI) to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain and optimize our analytics system on EDU (Power BI) and planning system, ensuring accurate data and insights.
  • Engage with EMEA Marketing team and Alliances partners for optimal coordination, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Previous business management experience (5 years), Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Good understanding of IT go-to-market, channels, and competition, with a focus on the Education segment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a matrix and leverage extended teams, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Strong business acumen and financial skills, with a focus on driving sales and financial growth.
  • Work in a multi-cultural and multi-country organization, with strong communications skills and the ability to adapt to different cultures and environments.
  • Business analytic, data management, and data manipulation skills (Excel, PBI), with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
  • Experience in the Education segment (either sales, marketing, product management) is a plus, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
  • Fluent in English, with other languages a plus, to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
