VIVESCIA est un groupe coopératif agricole et agroalimentaire de dimension internationale avec un chiffre d'affaires important et un nombre important d'employés répartis sur plusieurs pays. Spécialisé dans la culture et la valorisation des céréales, VIVESCIA appartient à des agriculteurs-entrepreneurs du Nord-Est de la France.

**Mission du Poste**

Le superviseur maintenance H/F est responsable de la gestion de l'équipe de maintenance et de la réalisation de la maintenance. Ses principales missions sont :

  • Gérer les activités de maintenance sur son périmètre et gérer l'équilibre de charge d'intervention de son équipe
  • Analyser les pannes sur les machines, installations et équipements en lien avec les référents équipement pour proposer un amélioratif
  • Assurer une communication quotidienne avec la production afin d'informer des interventions, les sécuriser, les quantifier (temps d'intervention) et les clôturer
  • Réaliser les EAP + EAD de ses N-1 et les faces à faces mensuels
  • Gérer le planning de son équipe, assurer le bon climat social et recadre si nécessaire
  • Réaliser les demandes d'achats de pièces détachées dans la GMAO
  • Valider les Bons de travaux des interventions de son équipe en GMAO
  • Assurer la prise en charge des demandes d'intervention des lignes et la priorisation des actions

**Compétences requises**

Le candidat idéal est titulaire d'un diplôme de type Bac+3 minimum en Maintenance des Systèmes de Production Automatisés, Maintenance Industrielle ou équivalent. Il dispose d'une expérience significative en maintenance et en management, idéalement acquise dans l'industrie agroalimentaire. Il est rigoureux, polyvalent, doté d'une bonne capacité d'analyse et de qualités managériales reconnues. Il a le sens du contact et sait travailler en équipe. Il maîtrise l'outil informatique.
