Cultivate the client relationship through effective communication, problem-solving, and responsiveness. Provide guidance for your direct report and support their professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and implement plans effectively. GLOBAL COLLABORATION: coordinate with our European markets to fulfill client requirements. Execute established processes and workflows while ensuring accountability among teams for their assigned tasks. Brief local teams on campaigns and offer direction on expectations for each brief. Foster strong relationships through regular meetings and effective communication. CLIENT PARTNERSHIP: establish yourself as a trusted advisor for our client by nurturing a strong relationship through clear communication and collaboration. Take ownership of the brand and deliver value to the client with a hands-on approach. Possess a solid understanding of campaign planning elements such as briefings, responses, media roles, reporting, and results to facilitate client discussions. DETAIL ORIENTATION: oversee all aspects of the brand on a global scale, from plan development to budget management and campaign performance. Be an organized and process-oriented individual, keeping track of plans and briefs while managing deadlines effectively. Collaborate with internal teams in planning, reporting, analytics, and measurement.

Starcom is seeking an International Brand Lead to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an individual who will excel in client account leadership and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with teams globally, building strong relationships and assisting them in creating top-tier media campaigns.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

A minimum of 6 years of experience in an agency setting (prior agency experience preferred; client experience acceptable); Global or international experience (strongly preferred); A solid understanding of the digital media landscape; Experience managing omnichannel campaigns; Experience in the automotive sector (preferred but not required); A background in strategy; Familiarity with activation and financial reconciliation.

Additionally, candidates should be able to:

Effectively manage projects and teams; Analyze and interpret data; Communicate fluently in English - this is essential for this global role, along with proficiency in Italian; Utilize the Microsoft Suite of programs proficiently.

Ideal candidates will be:

Highly organized; Strong communicators; Effective problem solvers; Collaborative team players; Adaptable and able to pivot as needed; Skilled in time management, optimizing working hours across various tasks and teams.
