About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Administrator to join our Sales Administration team in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and precision of information introduced into our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including data entry, document management, and other tasks as required.
  • Process Management: Manage specific projects, including M&A activities, process optimization, and new implementations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure seamless administrative processes.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office and G-Suite applications.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve administrative issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
