The Role

We are seeking a Junior HR Administration Specialist to join our HR Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all HR administration-related activities for our Italian companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the correct flow of information within our HR system, Workday, related to employee data, including hirings, leavings, contract changes, and compensation updates.
  • Prepare employment offer letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents in line with our National Labor Contract.
  • Elaborate and activate internship agreements with universities and business schools.
  • Manage contracts of consultancy and monitor monthly deadlines related to employment, internship, and consultancy relationships.
  • Monitor the correct management of overtime and absences in accordance with our National Labor Contract and support employees in managing their monthly timesheets.
  • Collect monthly variations to insert in payslips and ensure all changes are properly inserted in the payslip draft.
  • Support employees on administrative and payroll issues.
  • Organize and manage onboarding calls with new employees.
  • Manage our Company Welfare Portal and Company Ticket Restaurant Portal.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR administration activities.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Very good knowledge of the English language and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
