Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Milan, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the team's activities regarding attendance processing, payroll outputs, time reporting, and personnel management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the team's activities regarding attendance processing, payroll outputs, time reporting, and personnel management.
- Monitor and resolve personnel requests, ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Handle practices related to personnel management, including hiring, terminations, transfers, promotions, and contract expirations.
- Manage monthly and annual deadlines, including relationships with authorities and institutions.
- Verify monthly deadlines for aligning personal, organizational, and remuneration data between HRIS and payroll applications.
- Archive documentation related to personnel and manage existing archives.
- Ensure the governance of all insurance aspects for the various population clusters.
Requirements
- Master's degree in economics or business administration.
- Knowledge of the CCNL commercio.
- Familiarity with HR regulations.
- Experience with at least one payroll management system.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
