About the Role

Sisal is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Milan, Italy. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions, including payroll, benefits, and labor relations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Management: Coordinate the team's activities regarding payroll processing, including attendance, anomalies, and time reporting.
  2. Personnel Requests: Monitor and resolve personnel requests, ensuring timely response and resolution, and implementing a structured escalation process.
  3. Personnel Management: Handle practices related to personnel management, including hiring, terminations, transfers, promotions, and contract expirations.
  4. Compliance and Governance: Manage monthly and annual deadlines, including CUD, 770, and INAIL self-assessment, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  5. Documentation and Archives: Verify and update personal, organizational, and remuneration data between HRIS and payroll applications, and intervene/communicate for resolution.
  6. Insurance and Benefits: Ensure the governance of all insurance aspects for the various population clusters.
Requirements
  1. Education: Master's degree in economics or business administration.
  2. Knowledge and Experience: Familiarity with HR regulations, payroll management systems, and CCNL commercio.
  3. Skills: Excellent planning and organizational skills, good interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English.
