About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Maximize sales by effectively managing the store team, controlling and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimizing store spaces to boost sales potential.
  • Customers: Ensure exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards in visual merchandising, and providing a premium shopping experience.
  • Costs: Continuously monitor store management costs, reduce losses, and implement procedures to minimize damage and theft.
  • Security: Ensure compliance with internal procedures, manage cash handling, and supervise store activities.
  • Operations: Collaborate with the purchasing office, warehouse, and finance department to ensure correct replenishments, deliveries, and administrative operations.
  • Marketing: Work with the marketing team to align activities with promotional campaigns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Personnel Management: Guide, motivate, and develop store staff, organize work shifts, and apply disciplinary proceedings as needed.
Requirements
  • Many years of experience in the retail sector.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales objectives, optimize sales, and control costs.
  • Experience working in dynamic environments with high psychological pressure.
  • Aptitude for teamwork and relationships with external partners.
  • Proven experience in personnel management.
  • Ability to optimize available resources, lead, and work independently.
