Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. People Management: Oversee the management of retail store employees, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  2. HR Guidance: Provide guidance and support to line management on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Business Analysis: Collect and analyze data from area managers, store coordinators, and retail stores to identify business trends and opportunities for growth.
  4. Change Management: Supervise the impact of corporate reorganizations, mergers, or dismantling on retail store employees, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  5. HR System Management: Utilize our HR information system to manage hiring, terminations, and onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Staff Management: Monitor and control staff numbers and positions, analyzing data to inform budgeting and forecasting decisions.
Requirements
  1. Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or Business Administration.
  2. Experience: 4-6 years of experience in large-scale retail trade or structured companies.
  3. Skills: Proven knowledge of people management, HR systems, and business analysis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  4. Language: Proficient in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. HR ATS Platforms: Previous knowledge of HR ATS platforms, with a preference for Workday.
  2. Data Analysis: Strong methodologies for analyzing and assessing data and reports.
